- As little as a week if we are facing urgent timelines, or as much as six weeks for a comprehensive review. We meet you where you are.

- Executive Summary - Aimed at an audience of executive sponsors, investors or BOD, packaged in a way to greenlight next stages.
- Detailed Assessment - Breakdown of assessment findings in detail, with the information necessary for client to accurately review & address with your Innovation Guides

Stage 2 - ETHOS Innovation Framework Based on our findings from the Innovation Readiness, ETHOS will:
- Conduct workshops with deliverables to define business, product, technology and/or Go-To-Market Strategy
- Teach/Upgrade team members skills & capabilities
- Identify needs/gaps for the journey ahead;
- Define the ETHOS Innovation Scorecard to guide progress.
Timeframe:
- Applying our Innovation Framework is dynamic and iterative. Skills, readiness, willingness and team size are key drivers.
Deliverables:
- Your team, engaged, educated, and prepared for the work ahead
- A clear delineation of gaps to be filled for the work ahead
- A clear path for the stages ahead
- Clarity on how we will gauge progress (ETHOS Innovation Scorecard)
Stage 3 - The Work Planning is complete. We know where you stand as an innovator, we know how we will measure progress and success, we have a Framework to proceed. Now the real work begins. ETHOS guides your leadership team in holistic & integrated product and Go-To-Market execution - objectively testing, iterating and refining the strategic approach to hit goals & milestones focused on market success.

- Scope and time are dependent on what we are doing. We may be reinventing your product development process or putting a marketing, sales or customer success team in place.

Stage 4 - Implement ETHOS Innovation Scorecard ETHOS helps design/deploy a company innovation progress dashboard and report, with updates being done to change and iteration in real-time.
Timeframe:
- The ETHOS Innovation Scorecard is executed in parallel with The Work in Stage 3.
Deliverables:
- Progress reports with insights into recommended adjustments to plan.
Stage 5 - Launch, Measure, Test, Report, Reassess ETHOS conducts regular strategic review sessions to efficiently and accurately suggest strategic changes and tactical adjustments to keep momentum on track.
